Collecting Your Motorhome
We want your motorhome holiday to be a relaxing experience. From meeting you at the airport to handing over your vehicle, we will do everything we can to make the experience simple and stress free.
Full vehicle orientation from English speaking staff
Our friendly team will tell you everything you need to know about your Happy Camper motorhome – from using the driving controls to emptying the chemical toilet. We will walk you through the routine daily inspections of the oil, water and tyres and make sure that you are familiar with all relevant vehicle paperwork.
A breakdown is very uncommon in one of our well maintained motorhomes but we like to ensure that you know where to go in the event of an emergency, and how to get breakdown assistance if needed.
You will have been asked to send us as much information as possible before your arrival, leaving the last remaining tasks to be completed as you check out. We will need to see the following –
- Passports (or identification cards) for everyone travelling in the motorhome.
- A driving licence for anyone planning to drive the motorhome during your holiday.
- A credit card.
- A credit card or cash to pay for any pre-booked extras not included in the rental tariff.
Ask for a test drive
We know that driving a motorhome for the first time can feel incredibly daunting. A member of our team is always happy to accompany you on a short test drive, giving you the opportunity to get a feel for the vehicle while an expert is on hand.
